When MP Margaret Muhanga lost her seat during the last election, she spent her time at her hotel in Fortportal while working for ISO.
She would come out of her quiet by ghosts of UBC from which she allegedly bought land at sh10.2 billion.
When Nandala Mafabi quized her how she got all that money, she told Parliamentarians that she sold cows and goats to acquire UGX 10.2Bn that she paid in cash to buy UBC land in Bugolobi.
If Muhanga serves her five years at parliament, she cannot make all that money.
For today, Muhanga, a sister to controversial journalist Andrew Mwenda, might be the richest goat herder in Uganda.
