President Yoweri Museveni has appointed 35 Ambassadors, Heads of Diplomatic missions and two deputy Ambassadors to different countries.

Former Minister for Defence, Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga has been sent to Beijing and former Internal Security Organisation (ISO) boss, Brig. Ronnie Balya has been sent to Juba.

The president has sent all the 37 names to parliament for consideration and approval.

According to a notice, Pursuant to Article 122 (1) of the Constitution, the President has appointed the following Ambassadors and Heads of Diplomatic missions. The President has sent the names to Parliament for consideration and approval.
