Specioza Kazibwe was funded by the tax payer to bid for the African Union Commission chairman position, a job that slipped through her hands on Monday morning.
However, Ugandans could care less if a whopping sh3 billion was not spent on her.
Citizens have been crying over the break down of critical health equipment such as the cancer or kidney machine but government claimed there was no money.
Before Kazibwe dropped out of the race during the African Union summit sitting in Kigali, many Ugandans had complained of the lavish spending on one person’s power pursuit.
