West Moyo woman MP, Dr Jiycr Moliku wants the government to retable the anti homosexuality bill to regulate the aspect of morality in the country.
It should be remembered that the bill was passed in 2014 but intense pressure from the pro homosexuality donors ensured the law was became redundant.
However, Dr Moliku who also works as the state minister for primary health care says Uganda is a sovereignty state with full legal rights to agitate it’s people’s way of life.
“Africa has a rich culture that must not be left to waste,” Dr Moliku said.
