Democratic party leadership is uncomfortable with radical members of parliament who question the decisions of Party president General Norbert Mao and his deputy Denis Mukasa Mbidde.

Mao and Mbidde believe Nambooze is key in exposing loopholes in their leadership, and have started a mudslinging campaign on her person.

Nambooze, who is the Buganda region vice president is however pushing for reforms in the party that might live Mao and Mbidde in the cold.

Mbidde has in the past couple of days spent precious time on insulting Nambooze while bragging about his privileged childhood. Nambooze however has never shied away from talking about her humble background leaving Mbidde to sound like a man preaching salvation to a house of bishops.
