Kampala Capital City Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) is just 90 minutes away from turning dreams into reality.

After earning a vital victory against FUS Rabat on Sunday, the 12 time Ugandan league champions earned themselves an opportunity of advancing to the quarterfinals of the 2017 Total CAF Confederation Cup.

Ahead of the final Group A game against Club Africain on Friday at Stade Olynpique De Reds, the team is in perfect condition to complete the job.

Team manager, Mike Hillary Mutebi is oozing with confidence and belief that his team will be up to the task of getting a positive result in Tunisia.

We are ready and the preparations have been smooth since arriving here. The players are highly motivated and I’m confident we shall get a good result

The manager told www.kccafc.co.ug before emphasized the fact that KCCA FC will not deviate from its style.

Like I have always said, the result is less important if we are not playing smart. We shall stick to our way of play which is attacking and not parking the bus. We are going to play to win the match and win convincing

Skipper Dennis Oola Okot indicates that the players are equally heading into the game on Friday with qualification on their minds

We are not under any pressure but everybody is geared towards the game tomorrow. We are in perfect condition and just waiting to do our job,” the captain said.

Both KCCA FC and Club Africain are level on 9 points,  a draw will be enough to send both teams to the next phase.

KCCA FC won the first leg against Club Africain 2-1 at the StarTimes Stadium courtesy of Tom Masiko and Derrick Nsibambi’s goals.
