The 14th MP has been ejected from the 10th Parliament.

High Court Judge Margaret Tibulya ordered for fresh elections after finding Christopher Kalemba guilty of violating provisions of the law when he contested for a parliamentary seat without obtaining the required advanced level certificate of education or its equivalent.

Rakai registrar Daniel Baguma declared Kalemba winner after defeating a prominent businessman Drake Lubega.

Kalemba [NRM] got 14,135 votes while Lubega’s [Independent] got 12,568 votes.
