Eversince the wrangles between the Executive Director of Kampala City Council Authority,Jenifer Musisi and the Lord mayor Elias Lukwago ended,Musisi has been silent especially on issues concerning the development of Kampala.

However this time round,Musisi  has come up to blame the poor development of the city on disagreements among leaders.

Musisi says the lack of  cooperation among the city leaders is costing the country interms of development and will have a direct impact on the efforts to achieve the middle income status.

She adds that there’s no way a country can beat the 2020 deadline when the city vendors are still operating freely and boda boda riders continue to create disorder in the city.

Musisi called for total cooperation among the leaders warning them against politicking.
