Musician Irene Namatovu was all smiles and gladness over the weekend as her Baby Girl concert and tour launch at club Obligato pulled big crowds and big bucks as well.
The concert that had her hubby Geofrey Lutaya as co-lead performer plus all the artistes in their New Eagles band and other musicians putting up some great performances saw her take home some big money from VIP members.
Top among these was State Minister for water Hon. Kibule Ronald who gave Namatovu shs5 million in cash instead of the cow he claims he previously wanted to give her saying he changed his mind after seeing others shower her with cash.
Other big spenders who gave Namatovu money on her concert included Major Juma Seiko and traditional healer turned socialite Sheik Umar from Nansana who went all the way to the stage and started doing his usual money splashing antics.
Namatovu was extremely thankful for the massive support from her fans promising more great music and concerts in future.
