The government is seeking parliament’s approval to get a loan worth US $91million from African Development Bank.

The state minister for transport, Aggrey Bagiire sat before the parliamentary committee and asked for the approval of the loan which shall be used for the completion of Busega-Entebbe express highway.

According to Bagiire, upon completion of the Entebbe express highway, the problem of traffic congestion along Northern bypass will be solved.

During the meeting, the parliamentary committee expressed concern about the use of foreign contractors.
