Streets to Namboole last evening flooded with businesses as Uganda cranes fought to beat Congo Brazzaville in the world cup qualifiers.
A lone goal scored by Farouk Miya made Ugandans Cranes fans go wild and celebrated with merry eating and drinking.
By kick off of the game between Uganda and Congo Brazzaville, goods flooded allover the streets of Namboole, but lacked enthusiastic customers.
In the 18th minute, Miyas goal changed the story.
By second half, everyone almost had a drink, something to eat , or at least a vuvuzela to cheer up the crowds. Bars were seen playing loud music with people drinking wildly in celebrations of the nations goal.
Uganda is now topping the table in its group,a good development for a nation that has just qualified for the Africa cup of nations.
