American singer, rapper and songwriter Jidenna Theodore Mobisson, commonly known as Jidenna has praised Uganda’s beauty.
The singer was been in the country for over a week as the headline act for events such as Abryans Style and Fashion Awards (ASFAs) and Blankets and Wine that took place over the weekend. But before these shows, he was taken to a tour around +256.
Courtesy of Talent Africa, Jidenna visited Lake Victoria, the source of River Nile, Masindi Hotel in Bunyoro Kitara Kingdom, Nile Safari Lounges and finally undertook a tour around Murchison Falls National Park where he engaged in several activities such as Boat riding, hiking, among others.
And from the little he saw about Uganda, he confirmed the reason why it was named the Pearl of Africa and promised to comeback and tour more places.
“This last week in Uganda has been amazing. Uganda is a beautiful country blessed with wonderful people and so many places to experience. After exploring though I see why it’s called the Pearl of Africa, checkout the video of my trip to Murchison falls National Park. Looking forward to coming back,” he shared on social media.
The 34-year-old singer praised his Murchison falls National Park visit and claimed that it helped him learn new things about animals, waterfalls and nature.
“The Trip to Murchison falls was magnificent and euphoric. I was in awe and struck by the power, force and finesse of the waterfall. What I love about here was being surrounded by nature, water and greenery. I learnt a lot about animals on this trip and realized they are just like people in many ways. Uganda will definitely be a country I will visit again really soon,” he said.
