Singer Rema Namakula and Hamza Ssebunya held a lavish introduction ceremony that left people of Nabbingo and social media gossips amazed.
According to reports, this ceremony allegedly took them over Shs700 million to put everything together – factoring in the money spent on the bride and groom’s glamour outfits, the décor, food, security, among other lavish things – to make the ceremony the ‘Introduction of the century’.
Although the couple had people such as Godfrey Kirumira and his fellow Kwagalana Group members, Sylvia Namutebi aka Maama Fiina among other city tycoons on their side, people thought that all was well with the couple.
Now it has come to our attention that all is not well in the Sebunya family now.
According to sources, the couple is currently chocking on debts following their introduction expenditure and they have now resorted to selling off some of their assets to finance the burden.
News reaching us is that Hamza was the first to sell off his car but the money he got out of it wasn’t enough to cater for the said debt. Now Rema has also put her Prado TX, registration number UAZ 603Q on sale and it was spotted in one of the Kampala city car bond.
What next? We can only wait for Rema to open up about these allegations.
