Rema Namakula’s friend has revealed that the singer aborted Dr Hamza Sebunya’s first pregnancy.
In a leaked whatsapp conversation making rounds on social media, Rema’s yet to be identified close friend who was also among the bridesmaids during her lavish introduction ceremony said that the ‘Sili Muyembe’ singer was having a sexual relationship with Sebunya in Eddy Kenzo’s Seguku house and as a result she got pregnant.
Scared of the negativity that would come with the development, Rema decided to abort the baby, according to her friend.
“She cheated on Kenzo and got pregnant before aborting, so when she got pregnant again she never wanted to abort again that is why she rushed to get married to Sebunya,” Rema’s friend said in a whatsapp conversation.
Rema’s friend also revealed that Dr Sebunya has no strong links with Kampala rich men’s Kwagalana Group as people think.
She said that it was Rema who connected her husband to the group in order to hype her introduction ceremony.
“Let me tell you girlfriend, its because her was on a cruise with them and it went viral that Rema had to talk to them so they get in but there’s no connection in any way.
“If they were family, did you see them in the past when he was being introduced by his first woman?” Rema’s friend inquired.
Meanwhile, as people continue to talk and talk, Rema is busy enjoying her man in peace.
Currently, the couple is on their honeymoon at the Murchison Falls Conservation Area (MFCA ).
The MFCA comprises Murchison Falls National Park, Bugungu and Karuma Falls Wildlife Reserves.
Rema and Sebunya held a traditional marriage ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents last Thursday in Nabbingo.
After the ceremony, the singer took to social media and alleged that she has never been happier now that she parted ways fellow singer Eddy Kenzo, claiming that Sebunya is the only man who has ever loved her truly and appreciates her the way she is.
“For the first time I have found someone I hate leaving, I have found someone that I can’t get enough of, I have found someone that accepts me for who i am and doesn’t tell me I need to change, I think I have found someone who I can fall madly in love with,” Rema noted.
