Singer Rema Namakula has hit back at ex-lover Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo claiming that now she is in love and being loved.
Recently, the singer introduced her new lover Hamza Sebunya to her parents in a glamorous Kukyala ceremony. And although Kenzo tried to keep cool about the matter, he was forced to react after Muslim leader Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata, one of the invited guests at the Kukyala spoke ill about his lifestyle.
In his congratulatory message to Namakula, Muzaata claimed that she made a right choice of dumping Kenzo for a new man, because he (Kenzo) wasn’t a marriage material, and that if he wishes to get married, he should marry his dead mother.
Since then, there has been as exchange of words between Kenzo and Muzaata, with the singer who is currently in Colombia for a music tour promising to come back and have a faceoff with Muzaata over his harsh statements.
Muzaata is not ready to offer an apology.
All this social media drama has been happening as Namakula was busy enjoying some silence.
But through her social media platform, she claimed that she’s only focused on her new lover and nothing else matters.
“It all comes to the last person you think of at night, that’s where your heart is. Nothing beats the feeling of being in love and being loved, Ma Shaa Allah,” she noted.
Despite the online gossip that her relationship might fail to work out for long, Namakula noted that she is planning to be Mrs Sebunya forever.
“Something tells me that I’m going to love him forever and ever Amen. To the world you may be one person, but to the person you may be the world,” she noted.
Namakula is currently preparing for her introduction ceremony that is slated November 14, at her parent’s home in Nabbingo.
