The good news reaching us is that American RnB artiste Chris Brown has requested local singer Edris Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo and Triplets Ghetto Kids to feature in his new video dubbed ‘Back to love’.
Upon receiving an email from Nick Jackson of Riveting Entertainment, a production company that works with Chris Brown, Eddy Kenzo rushed to his facebook page to share the news.
Kenzo noted that when he joined the music industry, media trashed his style a lot claiming that he is just a dancer. However, through those dance routines, international artistes are the ones looking out for him.
“Our industry is known everywhere right now because of Kenzo style, all artistes want to collaborate with us now, Oh My God, I am sorry for talking too much about my past story most of the times but I believe it might help someone out there. With God everything is possible, work hard, believe, achieve,” reads Kenzo’s post in part.
The Ghetto Kids were the first to receive an email from Chris Brown’s management, as they also shared the excitement to their social media fans
“We are very happy that Chris Brown picked one of our videos, and we will be featuring in one of his videos titled ‘Back to Love’. We are happy to be representing our country Uganda on a big scale. Big up on the man himself Chris Brown” they posted.
Both Eddy Kenzo and Ghetto Kids broke to the international scenes after the ‘Sitya loss’ song, which did not only make a hit in Uganda, but worldwide.
This song opened international doors for Kenzo, and also managed to win him the BET Award in 2015 for Best New International Artiste, and both entertainers (Kenzo and Ghetto Kids) have always represented Uganda on many international stages.
