Ahead of his Singa concert due Friday, March 29 at Kampala Serena Hotel, artiste Tugume Wycliffe alias Ykee Benda has decided to settle the beef he has with fellow artiste A Pass.
And through his twitter handle, Benda offered his apology, as he asked for forgiveness if he has ever hurt A Pass’s feelings.
“To my brother A Pass forgive me if I ever hurt your feelings… and I hope you have the balls to do the same bro….The industry deserves better…. Let’s make music and keep the fans happy…. AM GREAT you are great too,” Benda tweeted on March 23.
However, though A Pass accepted Benda’s apology, he refused to apologise back, claiming that he has nothing to be sorry about.
“You have never hurt my feelings, that is something girls do to me, thanks for the apology, I respect your craft and I think you are an amazing artiste, I hope your show sells out as for me I apologize for absolutely nothing at all. ‘Ndi Mubi and No Apology’” A Pass tweeted.
This beef started when APass made a mockery of Fik Fameica’s flopped show that happened at Kyadondo Rugby ground in 2018.
A Pass claimed that he is a big artiste and can’t register a flop if he organizes a concert because people always yarn to see him, and that is when Benda jumped on A Pass’s post and told him to using Fameica’s misfortune in a bid of making news.
From then, social media has witnessed how the two artistes have constantly insulted each other through media and interviews.
And since these two were once under the same music label (Badi Music), they both knew a lot about each other’s weakness and stories that they always used in their social media battles.
