Comedian Patrick ‘Salvador’ Idringi on Saturday went down on bended knee asking his longtime partner, Daphine Frankstock for her hand in marriage.
The two have lived together since 2013 and are blessed with two children – Aadyen and Abby.
The surprise proposal during Daphine’s graduation party in Kakiri, left many partiers, including Mathew and Eleanor Nabwiso in awe.
Daphine had earlier in the week attained a master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the just concluded 69th graduation ceremony of Makerere University.
As the King Monada’s Malwedhe song played in the background, those in attendance thought the ‘Man from Ombokolo’ was taken up by the now famous ‘dead man challenge.’
But instead, the comedian went down on one knee and popped the question, plunging the lucky woman into tears of joy before yelling out an emotional ‘yes’.
Details of the wedding day are still scanty.
