A few months ago, Catherine Kusasira received millions of shillings from President Museveni to deliver to a few selected families that had lost their loved ones. The families of Bobi Wine’s driver Yasin Kawuma and former Buyende District Police Commander, Muhammad Kirumira in particular.
The incident left many wondering why she was dishing out money on behalf of the President, until some social media users branded her ‘Minister of Condolence.’
Now the Golden Band singer has started bragging about the title, as she pleads people to let her enjoy the office and money.
On Boxing Day, Kusaasira told her fans that she struggled a lot while still living in Nansana.
“I hear you call me the Minister of Condolences, but let me tell you, I suffered a lot. People of Nansana you know my story well. Please let me enjoy this money because being a Muzukulu feels great,” said Kusaasira during her performance on Tonkedeka Ekiwatule on Boxing Day.
Kawuma was shot and killed during the Arua by-election saga while Kirumira was assassinated.
