Musician turned politician Robert Kyagulanyi, famously known as Bobi Wine has revealed that his nemesis Bebe Cool is still his ‘brother’ regardless of their longtime differences.
Bobi Wine whose Boxing Day concert at his One Love Beach, Busabala was blocked by Police told one of the local television stations on Thursday that the ‘Wasibukawa’ singer should not jubilate about his current situation since he (Bebe Cool) might soon face the same treatment.
As Police blocked Kyadondo East Member of Parliament’s show, Bebe Cool was allowed to hold his concert at Kiwatule Recreational Centre at the same day.
Bobi Wine said Bebe Cool is blinded by the money and goodies from the State but sooner or later, he will suffer the same consequence of injustice.

“This is not about me and Bebe Cool. Bebe Cool is my brother, he is my fellow artiste only that he is probably blinded by the money and the goodies that come from the state but he is in the same boat with me. He will suffer the same consequence of injustice because he is in this industry and even some members of his family are in this industry. We need to sanitize this country and make it fair for all whether we are friends or not,” he said.
Adding, “Some artistes may think that they are benefiting from my oppression but that’s only for a time being. Once they are not needed anymore it will be very quick to oppress them.”
He also condemned Uganda police for deviating from its initial role as an independent institution mandated to keep law and order and protect everybody equally.

“I have been saying this many times and I say it again that police has degenerated from its Constitutional mandate of keeping law and order they are now the chief law breakers,” noted Bobi Wine.
