Saturday 17th will be a day to remember by renowned dancer Wembley Moses after being beaten nearly to death by an angry mob at Club Tavern Masaka.
Commonly known for featuring in songs like Sconto and Kachima by Fik Fameica, Wembley is currently nursing wounds at Alpha Medical Centre, sustained after falling in hot Jabs of angry party people.
Sources say that this happened after a Masaka based Tycoon and Events promoter Lwasa Emmanuel booked Fik Fameica for a one man show at his club ‘Tavern’ last Saturday, but the’ Kutama’ hit maker never showed up.
To make matters worse, Fameica’s manager Karma Ivan tried to cover up the situation by replacing the rapper with a Dancer Wembley Mo, who also made an annoying announcement that Fik Fameica will not be performing.
Revellers claimed that after that announcement, Wembley was grabbed off the stage before making his performance and received serious beatings.
However, CEO Lwasa Events, Lwasa is not planning to let this slide as he reported the matter to police claiming that he paid huge sums of money for Fameica’s performance and promised to teach him a lesson for bailing out on him.
Currently, the Fik Fameica is still in Coke Studio, Nairobi Kenya, recording his project for 2019 Coke Studio Africa Edition.
