Soulful singers King Saha, Aziz Azion and Shifah Musisi will headline the eighth edition of Roast & Rhyme.
The quarterly event, organized by Swangz Avenue and Bell Jams, will be held at Jahazi Pier Munyonyo on October 28.
Held under the theme ‘Soul on Strings’, the musicians are currently doing rehearsals.
Jamal, Feffe Bussi, The Mith and Chaga put on great performances when they graced the seventh edition. Madox Ssematima, Keneth Mugabi, Allan Tonix have all entertained revelers at the family and picnic event.
Musisi’s catalogue of music includes singles such as Ebiloowozo, Emirembe, Kusema, Life without you, Olugendo, Munsi eno (featuring Charmant Mushaga) and most recently Owuluganda.
King Saha and Aziz Azion have been on the musical scene alittle longer and between them, have countless songs.
Gates to this event will be opened at 11:00 AM and tickets go for Shs50,000.
