President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has contributed shs30 million to cater for sick singer Mowzey Radio’s medical bills at Case Clinic.
The development was revealed by events promoter Balaam Barugahara on Tuesday.
“Thank you Mr President Museveni for the financial contribution of Sh30, 000,000 paid this evening to case medical centre to cater for part of Mozy Radio medical bill. We are proud to have you as a father of our country long live. Thank you for listening and acting to the request made to you up on the incidence. (Sic)” he wrote.
Last week, new socialite on the block, Bryan White also contributed shs25 million for the same cause.
Radio was reportedly knocked out cold by yet to be identified people in Entebbe after an altercation at De Bar. Police have since made several arrests as they seek answers.
First to be picked up was George Egesa, owner of the bar from where Mowzey was assaulted and then admitted to Emmanuel Clinic in Entebbe, transferred to Nsambya then to Case where hours later where doctors conducted a brain surgery.
