President Museveni, musically known as ‘Sevo’ is set to revive his struggling music career. According to his manager Balaam Barugahare, they are looking for artistes to feature on Sevo’s new album.
Balaam alleged that when he revealed that they were set to drop a two-song album last year, many critics complained that two songs were few for an album.
And due to fans’ demand, the events promoter decided to make it a 14 track album, including collaborations from top Ugandan artistes.
However, since Sevo is a struggling artiste, Balaam wants only artistes with hit songs to contact him for this collaboration offer to increase the hype of the album.
Balaam affirms that Sevo’s recorded songs are on point and his two projects were mastered in France and Sweden. And also alleged that they are done with two videos which were shot at Museveni’s farm in Rwakitura
Last year, Balaam made it public that he was managing Sevo’s fading music and promised a mega come back. This is after his artiste spent over eight years without releasing a hit song. Sevo first release was in 2010 for his song dubbed Another Rap.
Balaama alleges that they are looking forward to staging a big music show when the full album is done, probably before this year ends.
