On Thursday Kampala Parents School (KPS) pupils were in jubilant mood after passing the 2018 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) overwhelmingly.
All the 234 pupils who sat for the final exams passed with flying colours.
Elizabeth Atukunda,13 who emerged as the school’s best says she wants to become a lawyer like her parents.
Atukunda scored four aggregate.
Both her father Maxim Mutabingwa and mother Annette Karungi are lawyers.
“At first I had wanted to become a doctor but later I changed my minds because my parents always inspired me to study hard so that I become a lawyer like them,” she says.
On the other hand, she thanked her teachers for helping her pass.
“I’m sure we wouldn’t have made it without our good teachers. I want to join Gayaza girls or St Mary’s Namagunga for my ‘O’ level.”
