The second edition of Fish Festival took place on Saturday at Uganda Museum.
The colourful fest was graced by people from all corners of the country ranging from kids and adults not forgetting the city slay queens who are well known for their spending and happening habits.
During the event, a number of fish types like Nile perch, tilapia, silver fish, cat fish among others were showcased.
Various city eat outs like Go Fish, AER lounge multi-cuisine and sea food special were available to prepare fish in any form for revelers who enjoy eating the delicacy.
On the entertainment part, Singer Maro, Underground Brothers and D’Stingaz thrilled revelers after displaying great performances.
Renowned kickboxer Golola Moses as usual managed to entertain fish lovers as he pulled off his comic stunts.
On the other hand, Tourism Minister Godfrey Kiwanda who was the guest of honour applauded Perfect Events (official organizers) for coming up with a great initiative which he said “promotes food tourism”.
