Eng. Mike Edward Ndawula has been retained as the chairman board of directors of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) after completing his three term in the office.
During the International Federation of Aeronautical Information Management Association (IFAIM) annual general assembly which was held during the global aeronautical information management conference they decided to retain the entire board including Ndawula who had completed his term.
Ndawula was inaugurated by the minister of works and transport Monica Azuba Ntege along with other board members at Serena hotel Kampala today while attending the 3rd day of the conference.
Ndawula said that together with the retained board they are going to work to their best of knowledge and capacity to meet the expectations of the country.
“I pledge that the board and I will work to the best of our knowledge and capacity to meet the country’s expectations,” Ndawula said.
Ndawula was first appointed as the new chairman board of directors on 31st March 2014 following the approval of appointment by the cabinet replacing Zephania Baliddawa.
CAA Uganda Managing Director Dr.David Kakuba has also congratulated the Executive committee upon their re-election.
