Early this week, there have been an international conference in Hague, Netherlands where various leaders across the Globe were invited to take part.
Among those who attended was Kawempe Division Lord Councillor, Muhammad Segirinya.
As many went to particularly take part in the conference, for Segirinya it was another story to tell.
This was the exact time for the Lord Councillor to explore the new heights Since it was his first time to to travel outside Uganda more so while travelling by plane.
At the moment, Segirinya stepped his feet into the plane, he started to update his friends on facebook on whatever activity he is taking and this is the moment Segirinya started to prove that indeed he is a ‘village champion’ who surpassed Lwera.
When he landed in Hague,excited Segirinya checked in while wearing earphones he picked from the plane, and the next day, he posted a photo while cooking but still wearing the earphones from plane and annoyingly, he was still putting on the same shirt which he wore while taking off from Uganda.
On the day of the conference, Segirinya was the first one to arrive at the venue so that he could take more photos alone to send back home showing the kind of life he is living now.
Hopefully, when he comes back to the Pearl of Africa he has a lot to tell probably he will stop carrying first generation television sets to parliament because he has learnt how a modern world operates.
