The president of Mothers Union, South Ankole Diocese  has attributed ‘Satan’s attack on Christians’ lives these days to being fearful to traditional beliefs and mankind.’

According toLillian Ahimbisibwe, also the wife of Ankole South Bishop Rt Rev Nathan Ahimbisibwe, fear is a tool the devil uses against believers to make them miserable and destroy their lives.

She noted that most people have backslid to world treasurers because of traditional beliefs calling them myth thus keeping them out of God’s will.

Ms Ahimbisibwe urged all believers to desist from any kind of fear and depression instead learn how to live by faith, prayer, and counseling and read the word of God if they are to be successful in life.

‘Christians shouldn’t let fear rule their lives saying that it can keep them including me from becoming what God created us to be, in the nutshell  we shall fail to fulfill our purpose in life’, she said.

She made remarks while speaking to media in her office at St Mathew’s Cathedral Kyamate, Ntungamo Municipality on Saturday  .

Ahimbisibwe tipped believers that to overcome fear they needed to be obedient and trust in God noting that He will get them through the situation where they feel afraid citing the Biblical story of David who was a fearless young boy but killed Goliath with a stone.
