The ‘invisible’ Kizza Besigye has once again beaten police again at its game, and went for magistrate Richard Mafabi’s burial in Sironko district.

On Friday morning, police staged at Dr Kizza Besigye’s home to stop him from engaging in public activities, particularly the rally Kira MP Ssemujju Nganda had organised in his constituency.

As Police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi loves to call it, the ‘preventive house arrest’ tactic has not worked this time round.


Dressed in a full combat  police uniform, officers raided Besigye’s home and waited for the man to come out in vain.

News reached the Force boss later that Besigye in Sironko attending the burial ceremony of the late Makindye court chief magistrate Mafabi
