Former minister of planning and economic development Henry Banyenzaki on Wednesday advised Operation Wealth Creation(owc) soldiers from Kigezi region to be disciplined at work to avoid being sued to the court martial.

Banyenzaki, who happens to be the former Rubanda West member of Parliament said this on Wednesday at kirigime guest house while meeting the coordinators of operation wealth creation.
The former minister is currently the Director of OWC in the office of the president.
He told soldiers to be accountable for what ever they receive from OWC, like seeds and seedlings, saying that if they failed to account for them, they would end up in the Makindye based military court martial.
He called on the soldiers to be leaders of caliber, and use their authority in ensuring that what ever they receive from government raises people from poverty.
OWC is a government program that was introduced recently to eradicate poverty from grassroot people. It’s coordinated by UPDF soldiers countrywide.
