Basketball big side Power last night did not find any trouble in beating the Titans on their way of winning the National Basketball League.

The game which took place at Lugogo MTN Arena attracted fans who chanted the name ‘Power’, while giving their team a morale boost.

“It has been a convincing win. 89: 61 is a big gap which you can’t just oppose at a moment like this. However, I credit my players who have given in all they could in spite of the injuries they have,” said Hamza Nyabongo, Kampala International University Titans coach.

Titans went to the arena with injured players like Chris Omanye Basheke, who is their point guard while one of their key players was seen putting on a mask due to the nose injury.

Now Power has to play a third playoff against Titans since no teams has one win. The one who goes through here is most likely to face the NBL champions City Oilers who have just won the Zone Five African championship.
