Police in Ntinda has put an army officer behind bars after he was reported to have raped a woman on gun point.

Lusiba who looked so guilty told the woman to enter the gate by force where after he pulled out his gun and commanded the innocent woman to undress herself quietly or else he would shoot her dead.

The woman says; “He pulled out a gun, pointed it to me and commanded me to undress myself after which he raped me seven times.”

She continued saying that what saved her was a call that the afande received from a friend.

After receiving the call, the officer left saying; “Owonye hmnmnmnmn” (Meaning you have survived).

Army spokesperson Lt Col Paddy Ankunda said that the army and police are against such acts and that the officer who raped should be dealt with according to the law.
