Over the weekend, the Archbishop of Kampala Cyprian Kizito Lwanga made some changes in the top leadership of the Catholic Church at Lubaga.
In the changes, the parish priest of Christ the King Church Kampala, Msgr Gerald Kalumba, replaced Msgr Charles Kasibante as the vicar-general. Msgr Kalumba will as well remain the parish priest of Christ the King Church.
Also reshuffled is Rev Fr Joseph Mukiibi, the national director of Radio Maria. He has been posted to Kansanga Parish as a curate. He will be replaced by Rev Fr Raymond Kalanzi, who is of Philippines origin.
