Senior Presidential Advisor on Media Issues Joseph Tamale Mirundi is critically ill and he is currently admitted to Kisubi Hospital along Entebbe Road.
Mirundi who has spent over two weeks bedridden had refused to be admitted to any Ugandan hospital allegedly in fear for his life that ‘mafia’ could use that chance to finish him off. He was later convinced to seek medical attention at the Catholic founded hospital Kisubi.
Following his orders, no friend or concerned citizen is allowed to visit him even some of him family members are being blocked.
The former Presidential Press Secretary’s family members led by his son John Tamale are planing to take him to Nairobi, Kenya for further treatment.
