Businessman Rajiv Ruparelia is giving out three months tenancy free of charge to city traders who are willing to rent on the newly opened Electrical Plaza.
This comes as an early Christmas gift for traders and available on a first-come first-serve basis. The offer will not last long, so traders are encouraged to rush before the opportunity before it expires.
Launched on September 14, 2019, the ultra-modern commercial building is situated along Market Street Nakasero in the Central business district.
The Electrical Plaza building is made up of 220 shops, 56 apartments and two floors of parking.
Each unit is tremendously designed to support needs of retailers and wholesalers, yet offering convenience to customers. The overall effect of this building is an everlasting impact to every retail businessman!
The venture is the latest addition to Ruparelia Group’s business empire and its being run by Crane Management Services (CMS)- the property management arm of the group.
CMS is a leading real estate company that manages other buildings like The Cube, Hardware City, Hardware Plaza, Kampala Boulevard, Market Plaza, Kingdom Kampala and Speke Apartments on Wampeewo Avenue and Kintante among others.
