Joshua William Mukisa, a third year law student at Makerere University has been missing since last week.
Mukisa is also a former Guild Presidential aspirant on ‘People Power’ pressure group ticket.
His roommate Tadeo Nyakoojo told an online news website that Mukisa was last seen in the hall premises on Friday last week.
“I last saw him on Friday as I was going for supper in Kikoni. We bumped into each other at the entrance and I told him where I had left the keys. When I returned, I couldn’t trace him yet his phone was ringing,” said Nyakoojo.
Mukisa also missed his end of semester paper (Principles of International Law II) that was sat yesterday morning.
