One of Sheebah Karungi’s managers, Allan Kiwanuka alias Allan Kiwa, has highlighted why Team No Sleep (TNS) management cannot allow their artiste to go in a musical battle with Cindy.
During an interview with nbs Tv, Kiwa said TNS has no time to revive Cindy’s faded music career. However, he advised her to try out a battle with Jackie Chandiru because they are currently at the same level.
“Cindy has to accept that she is faded. True, back then she was a star but one cannot shine in this music industry all the time and Cindy has to understand that. She is such a bygone that artistes like Vinka have also surpassed her,” said Kiwa.
Kiwa alleges that Cindy is just trying to hang on a big brand (Sheebah) to boost her struggling career, but they can’t allow that to happen.
However, he stated that Sheebah is open to battle with any big male artistes who puts in a request, because no Ugandan female artiste weighs up to her level currently.
Kiwa’s comment came as a defense to social media criticisms that claimed Sheebah had chickened out of the battle with Cindy.
Earlier this week, Sheebah said she can’t battle with Cindy when they both can learn something from the other.
“Instead of Cindy offering me a battle, I would prefer if she teaches me how to sing. I am ready to join her for rehearsals. I will also teach her how to make money and own a mansion in Munyonyo so that we all learn something from each other,” said Sheebah.
In response to Sheebah’s comment, Cindy said that she already fulfilled a dream of building her mother a house, so Sheebah should drop the excuses and accept the battle.
