Remember the song ‘My Property’ by musician FiK Fameica?
Well, we were told – no, we read between the lines and found out – it was his dedication to then girlfriend, Sheila Gashumba.
When the song reached the ears of Sheila’s father Frank, he threatened to have the pencil thin artiste arrested. He also promised to beat him up.
The threats came after Frank had disciplined the daughter for returning home late and hobnobbing with Fameica.
This is probably why the NTV’s The Beat host left her father’s home and started living somewhere in Mulungu, with some guy, according to Fameica’s new song, ‘Salawo’.
Released recently ahead of his December 14 ‘My Journey Concert’, this is a song by a clearly heartbroken man.
Already making rounds, Fameica asks the unmentioned love interest to ‘Tell me where you fall. Don’t lie to me I am not stupid. I am tired of your stories. Now tell me where you fall.’
You have one chance don’t misuse it…do you want me who is serious or the other one that will joke around with you.
Fameica hits the nail on the head further by saying ‘Sheila’ makes him look like a young boy yet he is mature. “Remember I found you confused and gave you a hand, you knew nothing about life and I taught you everything, now I hear you spend time in Mulungo with that guy, you have even grown very thin and looking like a pingu.”
“Tell me if you love me or that guy. I have been quiet for some time observing you from Kamooli, seeing how you have made yourself cheap seeing one guy to the next.”
This song has clearly got Sheila cornered although she is yet to speak about the matter.
