A Dubai-based company is seeking to recruit 50 Ugandans to work in various capacities at its head offices in the United Arab Emirates. The firm, White Star Repackaging and Refilling services has thus contacted Premier Recruitment Ltd to find the suitably qualified Ugandans to work as packaging helpers, labour supervisors and warehouse supervisors.
Premier Recruitment is a subsidiary of the Ruparelia Group and owned by Rajiv Ruparelia.
During it’s launch, Rajiv said they would not stop at sending migrant workers abroad to work but shall also ensure their safety and continued stay through the liaison offices to be set up in the host countries.
The firm is certified and had already acquired a certificate from the Association of Labour Export Companies (UAERA).
According to their website, White Star Repackaging and Refiling Services, not only do we provide cost effective solutions through technical expertise, but also develops solid partnerships with customers by thoroughly understanding their needs and requirements.
“We service a wide range of industries, such as cosmetic, food, Electronic and personal care. Whichever industry you are in, we will be able to provide a custom solution to fit your needs,” a statement on their website says.
In a letter to Premier Recruitment dated November 5, White Star Repackaging and Refiling Services requests Premier Recruitment Lt to avail 30 packing helpers, 15 labour supervisors and five warehouse supervisors.
The candidates must be between 33-35 years and proportioned and fit. They should also be free of all defects.
Successful candidates will get two-year contracts, working for nine hours for a salary between AED1,800 (Shs1,827,763) to AED4,000 (Shs4,061,638) on top of meals and medical insurance. Accommodation and transport as well as standard training to be provided by the company.
