In 2007, Alex Mukulu produced a moving musical narrative that explored Uganda’s past into the present at the CHOGM Heads of State meeting.
The production at Serena’s Victoria Hall got the veteran playwright a standing ovation from The Queen as well as Heads of State.
Last week, Mukulu made a grand return to the stage at the MTNExpo.
The playwright, who brought us the classic, ‘Thirty Years of Bananas’ was the right pick by MTN executives to bring to life the telecom company’s two decades of existence in Uganda.
And he did not disappoint with “MTN@20 Musical Drama,” an awesome interactive live performance that told the history of MTN through the years.
