In 2016, businessman Sudhir Ruaprelia through his Crane Management Services (CMS) entered into a joint venture to build a modern complex known as Kingdom Kampala; situated in the heart of Kampala city.
CMS one of the finest property management companies uplifting the beauty of the Kampala, is currently putting final touches to the highly anticipated state of the art complex and it will open its doors for the general public in December this year.
The shs1 trillion building houses a luxury hotel with conference facilities and events space, lettable office tower, a shopping center with an external piazza and entertainment facilities, residential apartments, parking facilities among others.
The hotel was supposed to be used during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in 2007 but due to some upheavals, the project was halted until Crane Management took over to finish the work.
