On Wednesday morning, deputy speaker Jacob Oulanyah went out to meet two MPs Francis Zaake and Bobi Wine both reported to be in critical condition.
Oulanyah later told the press that both MPs were in pain, but said, he met Bobi Wine in jovial moods.
A short video of Bobi Wine dressed in a Red Prison outfit with the deputy speaker cracking a joke, has since been released and gone viral.
The Bobi puzzle is still unresolved as more international pressure piles on the Kampala regime to release him.
The profile of the pop star turned politician has risen in the last couple weeks and especially after his arrest and reported beating in Arua ahead of the the municipality by election.
