First son Muhoozi Kaneirugaba broke his silence once again and spoke Men issues with NTV’s Peter Igaga.
The First son on Wednesday night featured on NTV’s Men show, discussing insecurity, guns and self defense.
The show hosted by Peter Igaga usually has regular panelists and a guest or guests, which makes it quite engaging and entertaining.
However this time round, Igaga only had one panelist, Major General Muhoozi Kaneirugaba who talked about gun regulation and assured the country of security.
Peter Igaga drove Kainerugaba, a presidential adviser on special operations, talked about men and their role in self and community security.
Muhoozi told NTV that in light of rising insecurity in the country, “Most things done in self defence, by law, are legitimate.”
Muhoozi advised his listeners to be guided by three things including:
1. Love your God
2. Love you families
3. Love your country. Be patriotic
Muhoozi encouraged people to interact with each other in their communities.
“There shouldn’t be any communities of strangers. Security is difficult in such areas,” he said.
“One should always report their suspicions to the police. People are presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
