The National Basketball next fixture games have been shifted to the home of Kansanga based female basketball club KIU rangers.
This has been confirmed by the Vice President and General Secretary for the Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations (FUBA) Mr. Nasser Serunjogi in an open letter that he wrote to the sports tutor of Kampala International University requesting for the playing facility.
The games have been shifted from YMCA due to the fact that the university has a party that will necesitate them to use the court.
In an interview with the assistant sports tutor for KIU Mr. Joshua Kashaija, he said that KIU is well set to host as well as give a chance to the rangers to play from a home based court.
“This is a good chance for the rangers to use their home court and I believe no one can win them.” he said
The rangers shall be facing Nkumba Lady Marines from Nkumba University in a game that will confirm the rangers fate in the top five.
Nkumba in the previous game lost to A1 challenge in an overtime.
However, this has not scared off the sports tutor for the university Mr Patrick Sebuliba who noted that his team is good enough to win any game from anywhere.
The games shall be played on 14th of July 2018 starting from 9:00am to 8:30 PM at Kampala International University Main Basketball court.
