Song master Silver Kyagulanyi has been physically off the social scene and only his songs have given us company for some time now.
Watchdog, however, can exclusively reveal where the star maker, musician and song writer has been hiding.
Kyagulanyi, four years ago enrolled for a Law degree. He concentrated on his books for this while as he left his music to the record label and studio to manage.
Four years later we have been reliably informed that Kyagulanyi graduated with a First Class degree.
But that is not all the news. Silver is one of the lucky applicants that have passed the tough Law Development Centre pre entry exam this year.
Watchdog understands that out of 1,700 students that sat for the LDC pre-entry exam, only 570 were selected to pursue their diploma in legal practice. And Kyagulanyi is one of those few.
When contacted over the matter, Kyagulanyi said, it is every Lawyer’s dream right now is to pass entry.
“Since many lawyers have passed pre entry at second or third attempt, I feel lucky to pass it at first attempt. I give glory to God. It took hard work, dedication and prayer to make it.”
It might surprise many that Kyagulanyi, an already famous and well to do celebrity returned to the books in field such as law.
However, the song writer that brought us Irene Namubiru, Obsession, Blu3 among others in the mid 2000s, says he realized there was a gap in the music industry that he wanted to bridge.
He says as an insider to the music industry, he would like to use his legal knowledge to work with fellow artists to make the industry better.
Congratulations to Silver Kyagulanyi.
