Earlier today Uganda police fraternity was awash by the death of SSP Colleb Mwesigye, the Aviation Police Commander.
According to police, Mwesigye has been in intensive care unit for close to two weeks, at Nakasero Hospital from where he passed on today.
The deceased was born in Kiruhura on 09 October,1980.
He joined the Police Force on 01/09/2007.
He previously served as OC Station, AVIPOL Police (2008), Deputy Commandant, AVIPOL Police and was in 2010 appointed Commandant to the time of his death.
