Engagements between Gafford Ladies and Ajax Queens Women Football Club have never come easy.
For the four times that the two sides have faced off, there hasn’t been a winner with all games ending in stalemates.
And ahead of the clash this Sunday at Cleveland grounds in Kanyanya either side will be seeking to get a positive result.
Gafford come into this game in buoyant mood after earning a hard-fought 1-0 win against Western United last weekend away in Mbarara.
Kenyan lethal forward Lillian Veronica Zedi will be at the forefront to spur Gafford past visiting Ajax Queens.
Ajax Queens on the other hand haven’t been in action for a fortnight but have so far collected for points in the two games they have played this season.
The other games in Victoria group will see high flying Kawempe Muslim take on Rines WFC who lost 4-0 to She Corporate last week.
Kawempe have rided on the efficiency of striker Juliet Nalukenge who has scored four goals in two games.
She Corporate who have garnered five points in three games will make a short trip to Wankulukuku on Sunday to face Muteesa I Royal University.
The University side is yet to pick a point this season losing 1-0 and 2-0 against Ajax Queens and Kawempe Muslim respectively.
In Elizabeth group She Corporate host She MAK at Villa Park Nsambya on Saturday while Wakiso Hills will be at home to Uganda Martyrs High School Rubaga.
