Uganda Health Summit is set to take place on Friday 3 November, 2017 in Midlands United Kingdom.
The summit advertised on the London High Commission website www.london.mofa.go.ug will take place at the University of Leicester Medical School Centre for Medicine and will run under a theme “Promoting health investment and partnership opportunities through Uganda- UK Health Alliance”.
It aims at contributing towards a better understanding of the business environment within the healthcare and life science sector in Uganda, focusing on linkages between the private and public sectors in Uganda.
Some of the key area of discussions will include; Uganda UK Health Alliance, collaboration on health care development in Northern Uganda, strengthening emergency care in Uganda among others.
Dr. Diana Atwine, the Permanent Secretary of the Health Ministry is among the invited speakers.
