Every day that goes by Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga continues to prove Ugandans that he is ‘class’ above ordinary due to his unusual characters.
From cladding in yellow everything from Monday to Monday, to supporting the age limit removal, the legislator also turns out to be an anti- toilet fellow and probably he prefers to ease himself from a bush-like area.
Yesterday evening, the controversial MP was spotted urinating alongside the road and we hope he just stopped at a short call nothing more.
